Primary causes seen thus far:
Learn state lost, perform a new door learn.
Dip switch settings.
Test switch set to Test instead of Run (might need to disconnect one wire lead to ensure it isn't a stuck switch).
Close limit reed switch.
Not reading at all. Re-position switch to where it reads (may need to bend actuator vertically, they are flimsy).
Reads in closed state, but once door close is held it goes out. Re-position switch so it is also active when door close (clutch is picked) button is held.
Run in test:
If the car simply sits there with the doors open but runs normally when 5-95 is 0, recheck 3-43. If the unit reads too aggressive of a loadweigh difference, it registers as someone stepped on the elevator, halting the test.
Dual COP's: Pressing an alarm button initiates a help call. Check for a missing or bad terminator on your second KNSMUL board.
E001 - same as error 26. Happens if you enter into the 6 menu too quickly after engaging RDF.
26 - Normally not actually a dead drive, DCBG is acting up. Remedy with -
Pull xbat1
Disconnect 3 phase (wait for controller to die).
Connect 3 phase power.
Plug xbat1 back in.
65 - Access isn’t fully on or off, toggle switch a few times to help clear.
126:1046 / 126:2072 - brake test enabled and failing. Not applicable to most NA applications. Brake test picks both brakes at once allowing unintended movement. Take 6-30 to a 0.
189 & 190 - Check your E-brake micro/proximity switch.
268 and 269 - Check aux contacts on the 201 main contactor relay. One of them is probably bad.
Combination of 36 and 130:5000:124:0 - last time found 201 main contactor top auxiliary contact pins 83/84 not making contact during state change.
DCBG Plug reliability issues seem to be on the rise again, below I will share faults observed as well as examples of what to look for.
These plugs are very small, take a picture with your phone and zoom in to see crimps.
***PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ORDERING A NEW HARNESS IS NOT A RELIABLE WAY TO RECTIFY FAILURES AS REPLACEMENT CABLE SEEMS TO BE UNRELIABLE.***

Poor connection On XB1 has caused main brake voltage to reduce well below hold voltage which can lead to 108 faults.
XMS1 - 201 Contactor Feedback
Not making up will cause a 268 after 3 consecutive attempts to pick main contactor
****Opening in flight will cause a panic stop but will only cause 187 or 188 and 191 or 192.****
Plug Repair - Be cautious not to deform the plastic guides - this will happen if you try to lever your jumper while repairing crimp.
Gently inserting Kone supplied jumper tip between one side of the crimp and the plug should sufficiently squeeze the crimp back together.
