E001 - same as error 26. Happens if you enter into the 6 menu too quickly after engaging RDF.

26 - Normally not actually a dead drive, DCBG is acting up. Remedy with -

Pull xbat1
-
Disconnect 3 phase (wait for controller to die).

Connect 3 phase power.

Plug xbat1 back in.

65 - Access isn’t fully on or off, toggle switch a few times to help clear.

126:1046 / 126:2072 - brake test enabled and failing. Not applicable to most NA applications. Brake test picks both brakes at once allowing unintended movement. Take 6-30 to a 0.

189 & 190 - Check your E-brake micro/proximity switch.

268 and 269 - Check aux contacts on the 201 main contactor relay. One of them is probably bad.

Combination of 36 and 130:5000:124:0 - last time found 201 main contactor top auxiliary contact pins 83/84 not making contact during state change.
