Elevator 1:

• DBG wide by 5/16" at initial fish plate, there are no brackets close for adjustment.

• Motor rail bolt retainers not bent

• Bat wing and isolation channel bolts left loose

• Exceptionally noisy and rough ride.

• Gusset nut missing

• Unlocking devices sticking

• Bottom terminal access does not work

• Cartop pushed forward as much as can safely possible, pickup rollers barely engage clutch, will pull out on point load.

• Access not functioning (bottom terminal)

• In car lanterns not functioning

• Proximity switch wired incorrectly

• Ride quality horrendous 

Elevator 2:

• EBR forcing OSS mode. Behind the installed serial cable a db9 pin was bent.

• 

• Proximity switch wired incorrectly

Elevator 3:

• DBG off by as much as 7/16", worst with the starter rails and improved progressively rising up the hatch.

• Cartop misaligned

• Gusset gap excessive

• EBD non functioning, troubleshoot. Result: Phasing reversed and remedied

• In car lanterns not functioning

Elevator 4 (post release):

• 126 fault: 6-30 was set from the factory, not used within NA for this configuration

• 189 & 190: E-brake proximity switch started to hang (not drop out immediately). (increased gap a few micrometers)
