Elevator 4:
Fire service pretest failed, shunt trip would not activate no matter how hard they tried. Everything else functioned properly. Fixed.
Phone: Ring-down system. Remedy, utilized an Easy Gate, was able to call into elevator. When Programming called in it no longer held provisioning and would not work (advised older units do this). During the afternoon, assisted Shaun O. with a ceiling replacement at Lilly Conference center and retrieved a new Easy Gate from an ICS there. Attached to Elevator 4 and reattempted programming. Awaiting a response. Programmed and functioning.
Phone - controller powered off over the weekend, check if programming went through.
Duct cover - 8" piece still required in control room
Exterior control room wall is glass and is not fire rated, all parties advised to at least look into it. It has been researched by FA Wilhelm engineers who state it is not required to be.
