• Replaced BCM25 brake module

• Loose wire @ 464:3 [14]

• Loose wire junction box XM12 (remote yellow # 4 - unrelated to current issue)

• Replaced E-brake proximity switch

• LCEOPT board misconfiguration, remedied.

• GC had a chance to ride elevator before we left.

• As requested by the GC, departed leaving elevator on the 1st floor, independent service, stop switch engaged.

Elevator 2:

Not in service, notes for when we are sent back;

• Video of issue

• Troubleshoot zone from video

• 2703 LCEOPT board 1 front needs to be changed to a 2 rear.

Quick walk-through stats:

Machine room needs:

• Fire extinguisher

• Heat detector and shunt trip need to be installed (or sprinkler removed)

• 

• Door does not latch when closed.

• 4 wires from transfer switch for emergency power.

• Phone lines brought into controllers.

• Layouts are missing.

Lobbies:

• Lighting;

1. Most floors are around 4fc at the sill. They need to be 10fc.

2. Most if not all have motion lights. Motion sensors must pick up door movement and the sill must be at required foot-candles by the time the door is open.

• LL;

1. Security switched have not been installed. Flex for them is protruding through finished walls at an inconvenient height.

• 1st floor;

1. Car designation placard needs to be installed on E1 rear. GC has foam padding installed currently preventing this.

2. Lobby phone needs to be wired in. Lobby phone box is protruding out of the wall.

3. Emergency power box needs to be wired in.

4. E1 rear PI is not installed.

5. Couple of PI and PB screws are missing from front and rear.

6. Firebox.
